Multicoloured textured roller finish
Multicoloured textured roller finish is an option when considering a more exquisite finish which combines a two toned textured roller finish. This is created by combining elements of the stencil and patterned concrete processes; the random two tone technique is the premium Stencil Pave finish.
This installation process is more expensive than the conventional Stencil Pave System, however many owners attest that the beautiful and unique finish far outweighs the added initial investment.
Stampcrete
Stampcrete, for example, is as tough as and tougher than normal concrete because Stampcrete is concrete and the primary surface colour of a Stampcrete surface is achieved by working an “oxide hardener” into the concrete surface.
This not only will provide a deep colour, but also strengthens to give a surface more resistant to chipping and scratching than normal concrete. Sealer is applied in the final stage of the Stampcrete process and protecting and fortifying the surface against staining, fading and surface damage.
Cobblestone Paving Stampcrete surface will be sealed by using premium Lustreseal Sealer. As with all paving or concrete surfaces, sealing with a quality sealer will preserve the surface and its colour, protect from ingression from dirt and stains, and maintain that new look and feel for years to come. Cobblestone Paving recommends specifying the use of premium Lustreseal Extended Wear plus of Urethane Acrylic (UA 20). This sealer will provide advanced protection and minimum maintenance with increase hardness, fuel and oil resistance. Resealing periodically, as required, will ensure your investment is protected for many years into the future. Talk to Pavecrete about selecting the right sealer for your type of job.
Stencilcrete
Stencilcrete like Stampcrete is as tough as normal concrete and the primary surface colour of a Stencilcrete surface is achieved by working an oxide hardener into the concrete surface.
This provides a deep colour but also strengthens, to give a more resistance to chipping, scratching, than normal concrete. Sealer is applied also in the final stages of this process further protecting and fortifying the surface against staining, fading and or surface damage.
Covacrete will transform dull old areas into works of art and this product is the Decorative Concrete System changing the face of concrete. You can achieve the aesthetic appeal of conventional block paving, tiles and other custom surfaces at a fraction of the cost.
Covacrete
Covacrete offers the flexibility to do what you cannot with conventional paving systems. Authorities such as councils, engineers, architects and designers, consider Covacrete the preferred solution to refurbishments.
Covacrete is once again a tough concrete and is a polymer modified concrete compound that is coloured using a premium oxide colour base.
A base layer is trowelled into the prepared concrete surface, providing the “grout colour”, surface leveling and highly effective priming of the existing slab. A top coat is applied using a specialized spray gun to apply the compound over the base layer and stencil.
This layer is applied between 2mm to 3mm thick and then the stencil is removed to reveal the chosen pattern. The surface is then sealed to protect and lock in the rich colours for years to come. |
